Refund & Returns Policy
Because each 3D print we produce is custom-made to your file, we cannot accept standard returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

Reprints: If there is a defect in material or print quality, we will work with you to correct the issue. In most cases, we will attempt a reprint.

Refunds: If a reprint does not resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure you have the rights to use and print the file you provide. We cannot issue refunds if the issue is related to licensing, design errors, or the suitability of the model for 3D printing.

Approval of Designs: If we assist with design or modifications, we may ask you to approve a proof before printing. Once approved, those prints are final unless defective.
If you believe your order qualifies for a reprint or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos and a description of the issue.
